Rute worked with Imageworks Display to develop a custom retail end-cap display for Breville. The design needed to support live and boxed products while highlighting product information. The final design needed to match Breville’s high end visual design language while being cost effective to produce.
Rute developed concepts of varied complexity to illustrate efficient ways to include Breville’s signature bamboo slats, tiled backdrop with black structural elements. Illustrations were developed using rapid 3D modeling and real time rendering techniques allowing designs to be evaluated in real world scale.
CAD data was produced as a starting point for Imageworks Display engineers. Five hundred units were produced for Breville’s national launch in prominent Target stores.
